Upon viewing the property we felt the warm welcome and this lovely agent gave us sufficient time to view the house. She also gave time to us and I can see to all the rest of the viewers to converse about the property. We felt heard and we felt the connection as we talked about our family situation, which is important to us. It was also very nice that the agent said that she was pleased to meet us. From the moment I met with Josh to discuss options for putting my house on the rental market I felt at ease and looked after. Josh gave me open and honest opinions about the property and valuable insights into the current market. Going forward he was always prompt responding to emails and calls and kept me in the loop every step of the way. During the whole process of finding a new rental Buxton were incredibly helpful and professional. Thier communication through the process of our existing rental being sold was much more than expected and I was very appreciative. Once we were approved for a new rental also through Buxton (I really wanted to ensure we could stay with them) the communication from that point was also outstanding and the process incredibly easy. They are a great group of people and highly reccomend.
