Had an amazing experience with my first time leasing a property. Jamie, the agent showing the rental property, was extremely professional while being a down to earth individual as well. He maintained communication through text even after work hours and went the extra mile and contacted me about the property being secured on a Saturday! Overall, I'm very content and wouldn't have had it any other way. Thank you!

Our experience with our agent at Buxton has been excellent. We must be able to trust our agent as our representative when we live interstate. It is a large investment that we entrust to be looked after. The rental market is very difficult in our category and price range in Ballarat due to what appears oversupply so it is difficult to attract and retain good tenants. Buxton works to look after the maintenance and needs of our tenants.

Jamie was excellent to deal with, helping out with all property issues and going above and beyond all expectations. I would highly recommend him to manage your investment properties.

Renting a property is a nightmare, often with days waiting to find out if you were successful. Marissa went the extra mile to ensure she had the documents needed to get approval. Her communication is clear and she follows up promptly when she says she will.
