I got the property as expected, and the process seems professional. However, it is a bit tricky to communicate with the agent. I have tried to give several calls, but very slow to reply. With email, it is the same issue. Often I have to wait more than a week until I hear back or I have to send another email.

Buxton repeatedly told me they had undertaken repairs at my property and repaired water leaks which went on for over 2 years now and caused a shower to be replaced, even though i gave them no authority to approve anything on my behalf they did so and then threatened to send me to debt collection and have been withholding rent for 7 months now. Made all the promises and delivered nothing. Then lied again and promised it would be covered by insurance which it was not. Now I'm expected to be 8k out of pocket. A real petty bunch of thieves.
