Our experience with Buxton Ballarat was very professional
As this was our first experience after 40 years and Renting has changed since we were renting. This experience was very daunting, approach to realestate agents, polictical correctness, value of home apposed to home appearance. Buxton came up as excellent that all the homes we looked at, their homes were emaculate and lovely. A couple of times we were very disappointed that we had missed out on some properties that fitted our requirements but we learnt the rentals were in demand. However, when we saw this home, I was delighted with it and it has everything we wanted only on a smaller scale. We have moved from a 4 bedroom, office, TV room and a good lounge, dining room, something we always said we need to down size, too big to clean and the the upkeep, so we are very happy with 905 Lydiard Street

Fantastic Property Management
We have our Ballarat property managed by Carmen at Buxton Ballarat and could not be happier. Being fulltime workers and based in Melbourne my wife and l rarely get a chance to get to Ballarat these days but we get exceptional service and updates and property management by Carmen. We would highly recommend Buxton to any potential investor looking for great peace of mind in regards to property management

Looking for a new home to rent
I was looking for a new home to rent in the Ballarat area due to a new job in the region. Buxton and the agent Flynn made a time for me to view properties after my work day and were quick to respond when I had placed an application for a property. Happy to say I'll soon be relocating to Ballarat thanks to the friendly staff and Flynn at Buxton Ballarat.

Don't recommend at all
Agent's didn't comply with legal timeframes -gave me 4 hours notice for a landlord visit on a workday instead of the required 24. Didn't have a working set of keys for the property for over a year and a half and suddenly needed them within a day on notice of vacate. Upon leaving property, made me responsible for items that were left on the premises before my tenancy and gave me a very short window to follow things up ipn leaving. Wouldn't recommend at all.
