I was in a very stressful situation — returning to Australia in just 10 days without having a house secured. I have been dealing with Tayla from Buxton Ballarat as my property manager and my experience so far has been quite amazing. I carried out some upgrades to the property and her support on getting builders, finding trades for different tasks was quite brilliant. I had got quotes on my end as well and they turned out to be quite similar to what she was offering. Even when selecting tenants, she provided regular updates and ensured a quick turnaround with a tenant. Would not hesitate recommending her and the team for the region.
