First time dealing with Buxton. Ben Murphy is very professional, pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable, he communicated with me even outside of his normal office hours with updates. He impressed me with the way he handled the outgoing tenants and re leasing my step sons investment property in a matter of only 2 weeks. He also obtained a weekly rental that I did not think he could achieve. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an agent to manage their investment property to really consider Buxton Ballarat ( Ben and Fhil). Impressive Ben thank you!

I would wonder though why the property wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Before I moved in. The master bathroom is poor at best.

We purchased a house and also let Buxton manage the property for rental, we had a quick handover and by no means felt rushed. The team have been very professional. Natalie has been approachable, proactive & communicative.

Jess has made the transition into a new home fast, efficient and seamless. With the property left in a less than ideal condition Jess had managed to have everything fixed and ready to go with little fuss. Highly recommend Jess
