We bought our house in Ballarat some 10 years ago. Our daughter lived in it while at Fed Uni and then we rented it. With Government changes to rental laws, regional value boom and Covid a “perfect storm” to sell. We had briefly tried to sell it a couple of years ago but we felt let down by the agent’s false expectations. This time we offered the property to 5 agents in Ballarat.
