I was extremely impressed with Michael's ability and knowledge to kick start the sale of my property. Michael was pro active and was able to provide me with advice and a clear direction in relation to the value the property was worth. Michael was diligent and acted in a timely manner, his communication and control was very effective. This was highlighted with a snap open inspection of the property within the week. I recommend Buxton anytime and Michael is a key player within the system.

We’ve been lucky enough to work very closely with Mark and his team on a range of different deals as we stepped towards our dream house. On paper the sale of this tenanted investment property may have been a complex deal to complete in the current climate but thanks to the incredible work of Mark and his fantastic team we were able to get a truely wonderful outcome. We’re so appreciative of all their work, we simply couldn’t have had a better experience. The level of service Mark had provided us was absolutely incredible, his honesty, communication and trustworthiness made it a very good experience. We rate Mark and the Buxton team so highly and would highly recommend them to any perspective buyers or sellers.

Had a great experience with Daniel. He's easy to communicate with and doesn't tell you the usual real estate spin. He tells it like it is. He's honest and makes the whole thing stress free and enjoyable. We achieved above our expectations and in a really quick timeframe. He worked hard to make everything easy for us. We were never left wondering what was happening. Great agent, great bloke. Highly recommend.

We were first time sellers after renovating our first home and very unsure of the process and what to expect. From the very first meeting Daniel put our minds at ease. He expertly explained everything, answered every question we had and kept us informed every step of the way. He is a people person and it shows. His attention to detail, his communication style, his presentation and diligence. Everything is 100% on point! You couldn't ask for more. He is an expert at modern marketing and doesn't try to talk you in to unnecessary advertising. You can truly trust the plan he puts in place with you. We had a fantastic outcome, a stress free experience and would very very highly recommend Daniel to anybody selling or buying a home. Seek him out, ask for him. He is outstanding!

My family is interstate and needed to sell as part of my father's estate. Mark and his team assisted us in managing the preparation and sale with expertise, locally applied knowledge and contacts and sensitivity. Highly recommend

I purchased a property but most of the hard work was done by my excellent conveyancer. Tim's concerns were only with the vendor. None of the repair work was done at settlement, which meant I had to withhold $5000. Buxton told me the tenant was long-term. Turns out he was a Buxton employee. As soon as the property settled, the tenant put in their notice. From this I conclude that Buxton's is duplicitous and will do one over on you the moment your back is turned,
