When Mark first came to conduct a valuation of our property he made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Mark listened to our needs and wants and was flexible to work with when pre planning advertisement launch dates and organising open house inspections. This was important to us as we were living in the house while selling. Mark communicated everything to us clearly and was always available via emails, phone calls and text messages. Mark was very fair with sales commission and advertising charges, there was no over the top sales pitch/pressure to sign up immediately which made the experience more enjoyable for us. The team at Buxton were great and we would recommend them to anyone selling a property to give the Buxton team the opportunity.
