Tim was very helpful throughout the entire sale process. Whilst some agents may switch off once the sale was complete, Tim continued to be helpful in connecting us with the vendor and helping us with information about the property post sale during the settlement period and beyond.

From the first Mark impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism. Any time we left a message with any questions or concerns we had he got back to us promptly. We felt confident from beginning listing our property with him and he didn’t disappoint. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone interested in buying or selling their property.

Mark sold our house on the first weekend it was open, and for a much higher price than it was listed for. We couldn't be happier with the result and our dealings both with Mark and Buxton Ballarat.

Tim gave us genuine estimate of price, kept in touch while we considered our options but was not overbearing. Can recommend.

Daniel has been incredibly helpful and communicative and I have been far from an easy client. Daniel kept me informed right from the start and even help me with questions relating to the convayencers to help avoid another phone call. Nothing was too hard.
