Brayden did a great job for us as purchasers, especially with the final inspection. With the guidance a bit unclear as to final inspections under Stage 4 restrictions, Brayden offered a virtual final inspection by videoconference. This was conducted in a meticulous manner, we were satisfied with the condition of the property, and a metro to regional trip was avoided.
