The one hitch was that the price of $475,000.00 was too steep for the ALF, and as a charity we're not allowed to borrow money or get a mortgage. Tim was able to negotiate the price of $425000.00 which was within our range. I was grateful for his help in this matter and also in his speedy completion of the sale. He also was helpful in the sensitive matter of keeping publicity to a minimum. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim as an excellent Agent and one who puts the client first.
