Very highly recommended
Liam sold us our house 7 yrs ago and we were really impressed with him back then. So when it came to selling my parents house it was a no brainer to seek his expertise in the local market. His calm, non pressure and professional approach is what we wanted. This time round it was no different. I honestly dont think you could find a more competent agent in the Ballarat area. He constantly kept us updated and liaised with both sides to work out everything when unfortunately a bedroom flooded a week before settlement. Without a doubt I will not hesitate to use Liam again and highly recommend him

Couldn't be happier with Mark and his team.
From first conversation with Mark I felt I was in capable hands. He understood situation and what was required and got on to everything quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent, calls returned on same day and the rest of the team were the same. I had verbal feedback following each open house ( something I didn't receive from previous agent ).
