Abbey Dove responded to my request for rental appraisal on a very short notice and provided all the required info. Property was leased within 2 weeks after being advertised. Lachlan Phyland is our property manager currently and has been updating us regularly about the inspections etc. We are very happy with the service provided by the Buxton team so far.

The rental agent that we had was very prompt with returning phone calls and arranging any maintenance that needed to be done, whilst we were tenants. When we were leaving, they were very very quick to arrange inspections and get new tenants in. All inspections were carried out smoothly and promptly, with respect for us, as we were still living in the property. Very happy to recommend them.
