Some people say a house sells itself. This may be partly true. But at the end of the day, the experience you have with the selling agent plays a big part in the decision process. Mark and the Buxton team were fantastic to deal with. From the first meeting on the open day, the follow up, the second inspection and right through to contract signing, the whole experience was a pleasure. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Yes the house was one that we loved, but the overall experience we had cemented the deal. We have bought a few times before through other agents, but I can honestly say this was by far the best! Without a doubt! If you want outstanding service, fantastic communication and to deal with really good professional people, then you need to buy through Mark and Buxton's!

Prior to purchasing at auction Peter and his team were willing to facilitate a private inspection of the property on a Sunday. After the auction when the bank wanted to complete a valuation he arranged access to the property within 24 hours. We were impressed with the prompt service we have received.
