I live in another state and needed someone to sell my investment property. I went with the company already managing the property... which actually turned out pretty damn good for me. Peter was on the phone right away, to introduce himself and chat about the property. He wasn't worried at all and seemed to think the house would sell itself. I worry a lot. Lots and lots actually. When I needed help with a conveyancer, he recommended one who did a brilliant (and quick) job. When I needed lawn maintenance done, he recommended a great business who did a top job when I needed it. And after one week the property had sold, for a very good price, amazing, and I thank Peter for it.

Liam’s honesty in real estate is refreshing. Communication was outstanding by Liam and all the Buxton staff. He went far and beyond what we expected. Top of our range in asking price was achieved. This is our second home that we have sold through Buxton ballarat and have been impressed both times. Well done and thanks Liam and to all your staff

We recently sold our house with Buxton. It is a big decision to sell your home which makes choosing the right agent so important. I was very impressed with James Montano and his professionalism throughout the whole process. James’ communication and property knowledge made us feel confident that he would get the best result possible. I would highly recommend James to anyone that wanted an agent who is hardworking and achieves results.

I have bought and sold through Peter and find him to be extremely capable and professional. Most recently he helped with the sale of a block that had been on the market for over a year with two other agents- after a long series of unnecessary issues with both of these firms, I listed with Peter, who sold the property quickly and efficiently, while keeping me up to date throughout the process. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AGENT!
