I was a bit disappointed as I only ever talked to Mark once or twice and I had to chance him for details. I requested a few things to be done for our inspection and he didn't have them done eg: the fire place going to check it worked. I'm very happy with my new home but I think mark needs to be a bit more personable and have a little bit of time for the person buying the house.

Some people say a house sells itself. This may be partly true. But at the end of the day, the experience you have with the selling agent plays a big part in the decision process. Mark and the Buxton team were fantastic to deal with. From the first meeting on the open day, the follow up, the second inspection and right through to contract signing, the whole experience was a pleasure. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Yes the house was one that we loved, but the overall experience we had cemented the deal. We have bought a few times before through other agents, but I can honestly say this was by far the best! Without a doubt! If you want outstanding service, fantastic communication and to deal with really good professional people, then you need to buy through Mark and Buxton's!
