I was a bit disappointed as I only ever talked to Mark once or twice and I had to chance him for details. I requested a few things to be done for our inspection and he didn't have them done eg: the fire place going to check it worked. I'm very happy with my new home but I think mark needs to be a bit more personable and have a little bit of time for the person buying the house.
