Abbey and the property management team at Buxton did a great job finding me a tenant for my rental property. They kept me in the loop regarding open day visits and organised repairs and renovations needed (with photos!) to improve the appearance of the property. This was greatly appreciated given I live in Melbourne and was not able to be on site much during the process.

I had my property privately leased while I lived locally and now l live interstate. The transfer from a private rental to now a managed property has been handled very smoothly. I am particularly impressed with the effort put into obtaining the right tenant and not just the first one to come along. A few repairs have been necessary to bring the property up to standard. Each of these have been organised promptly and efficiently. I couldn't recommend them higher.
