We had several agents appraise our property. Peter stood out well above the others. It was instantly clear to us that he knew our market and knew how to sell our house quickly. It is the first time from several property sales that we have felt like we had a real estate agent who truly represented us, the seller, and acted on our behalf. Peter gave us great advice around how to best present our property to the market and which marketing strategies would be most effective. The photos and online video looked amazing and we received lots of great feedback from people around town. We felt that Buxton as a brand were much more stylish and sophisticated than the other real estate agents in Ballarat. We felt confident in Peters professional presentation and excellent communication skills. We had an offer within a few hours and then, after a few more offers, we signed the contract of sale within a few days of our house hitting the market. Peter continued to communicate with us regularly over the following few weeks until the sale became unconditional (pest / building / finance conditions were met). We knew he was acting in our best interest the entire time whilst still making it a smooth and satisfying process for the buyer too. Mark has sold two properties for us in the past and is currently marketing a third. From the moment you meet Mark you'll understand why he's the best agent in Ballarat, he's friendly, confident and puts your mind at ease. He won't be satisfied until you're satisfied.
