When we bought our house eleven years ago, we enjoyed the pleasure of dealing with Peter Burley. My wife and I made the mental note that if we ever were selling, we would engage Peter for the sale. We were so impressed with his honesty, his integrity his knowledge of the real estate market, and the quality of his advice. Eleven years later, in 2016, the time to sell had arrived, and we were delighted to discover Peter still active and highly respected in the field. In the meantime, Peter had built a fine, enthusiastic and competent team around himself, and his group at Buxton Ballarat impressed at every contact we made with them. Peter made many excellent suggestions regarding the presentation of the house, and designed a superb marketing plan for us. There was a large number of inspections, all impeccably arranged by Peter, and with minimal disruption to us. The house sold within five weeks, even though it was over the busy Christmas/New Year period. We cannot speak too highly of Peter and his team at Buxton, and we heartily recommend Peter to anybody with a real estate matter to be dealt with, knowing that it will be managed with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
