As first time sellers, we were unfamiliar with the process, but Peter and his team guided us through it with clarify and confidence. He was a pleasure to deal with - always professional, approachable and never pushy. He and Briana worked hard to present the property at its best and they both managed buyer communications seamlessly. We achieved a price we were happy with. Buxton absolutely earned their commission. Highly recommended!

Dealing with Briana as a buyer was a pleasure. It was refreshing to encounter her honesty, integrity and flexibility as we enquired, arranged inspections, and made an offer. There was no phantom offers or other shady tactics as experienced with some other Ballarat agents.

Very good operator. Not a townie trying to sell a property in the bush. A true country boy who knows his craft. I also bought the property from him 2 yrs prior. He chose to observe the reverance of Good Friday and this means he has strong and honest Christian values. Very rare these days.. well done Braydon.
