Dealing with Michael was a very pleasant experience. He k ew the market and was extremely helpful in explaining the process of signing the contract . I have rung Michael on a couple of occasions since and he has been more than happy to help with my inquiries, and he actually returned to the property to take photos of the meters for me to change over the utilities. Overall I would give Michael top marks for communication, professionalism and the way he handled the sale
