Daniel (and James) were respectful and helpful, even though my place was in the lower range market, I felt they treated me as equally as anyone. Daniel listened and worked hard to get a good price for me. He saw the potential of my property and marketed accordingly and, more importantly, to my wishes. He listened to my ideas on the write-up of my property and made the changes I requested. Cannot recommend his services enough. Very happy. Thanks Daniel

Josh is a very professional agent who works very hard for the vendor. As the purchaser I hoped he would be less motivated to get the best price for his vendor, but he didn't give in until he got the price they wanted. While that was "annoying" for me, it's exactly what I would want my agent to do for me if I were selling. I respect his dedication to get the best for his vendor.

Josh was very helpful right from introducing himself to sell to the end when sold. Polite, happy and always responded to messages or calls when I needed help. I recommend him to anyone getting into either selling or buying.

The property was only advertised for 1 hr before we saw it and responded. Daniel was available to show the property the next day and an offer was made and accepted. Daniel was professional in his dealings with us at all times.

Without him, we wouldn't have been able to sell our house so smoothly. We cannot express enough how much we appreciate his efforts and the guidance provided by his team.
