You have been absolutely wonderful Chris! The way you handled the negotiations & sale of my property was completely stress free for me & you always kept me informed along the way. I was never left wondering about anything. My property sold in days & the price you negotiated was astonishing & totally unexpected!! Your advice for sale options was spot on & I could not be happier with the end result. Thank you so much!!

We chose to list our house with Pete Burley at Buxton due to his local market knowledge, can-do attitude and his overall approach with our property listing, right down to detailing each step involved in this process, creating the best marketing campaign & achieving a great outcome. From the initial appraisal, Peter left no stone unturned and was more than happy running through any/all of my questions and tailoring this process to suit our requirements. Pete's communication has been great all all times throughout this process and without hesitation I'd 100% recommend to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank-you for exceeding our expectations & making the sale of our Property go so smoothly!

I sold in COVID lockdown and it was a whirlwind, Chris achieved a price way over my top asking. He presented immacuately and I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise.
