Michael has an exceptional knowledge about the property market at Greater Ballarat. He is extremely professional & a man of word. He assisted us in buying two properties. We are based in NSW, however, we never felt that we are far from him as he communicated with us so promptly.

Brayden was prompt in making contact and arrived with his colleague James well prepared. I received three agents advice prior to selecting, however Brayden took more time to discuss my personal requirements and kept me well informed regarding inspections and access given I was interstate for the sale period. James and Brayden walked the exterior of the property and sought all relevant addtional information on the property [ phased power and renovation history...this was not asked by other visiting agents therefore provided confidence they would highlight the attirbutes of the home]. Brayden and James were highly professional but added a touch of humour when needed noting selling can be stressful especially when impacted by a pandemic and the complexity of being unable to return due to restrictions. The sale was kept as stress free as possible and at all times, all questions were answered by both James and Brayden with consideration. When I was able to return and isolating in the house, both made an effort to touch base extending their support. Brayden and James presented as passionate agents that enjoy their work and community.

Peter's evaluation of my property value was spot on, the sale result confirmed this. He also took the time to help me with many queries and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Can't fault his service, professionalism and Market knowledge! It was our first time selling a home and Tim supported us and made us feel extremely comfortable and gave us a heap of confidence throughout the process. Tim marketed the house expertly and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. If you want someone who is relational, professional and a true gentlemen then my wife and I would recommend Tim and Buxton!

Liam has been very generous with his time and organised a virtual inspection for us during lockdown. I felt comfortable dealing with him and he answered our many questions. He also kept us updated regularly during the buying process.

From our first interview with Peter we were impressed with his knowledge of the local realestate market. The whole selling process was handled expertly and we would have no hesitation in recommending Peter to sell your property.

Michael first came through and inspected the property along with another agency. Michael, in fair reasonable time without being pushy called to see what we wanted to do in terms of listing the property. We met with Michael and agreed on the way forward. Michael did a great job back and forth with our deal as all parties worked full time and it wasn’t a simple transaction. The property we were selling was tenanted and the new owner wanted early access. With patience and calm he had all parties happy and articulating what they all want. Thanks Michael. We would definitely not hesitate in recommending you.
