Janet Atkins has been a fantastic estate agent. Selling the house remotely meant I relied heavily on her communication, honesty, and professionalism, and she delivered on all fronts. The property sold within a month, and we were very pleased with the price achieved. I highly recommend Janet to anyone looking for a straightforward, no-nonsense agent.

Janet has been helpful, respectful and extremely positive from the beginning of our house sale. She kept us informed at all times and went out of her way to get the best result for us which ended up exceeding our expectations. An absolute pleasure dealing with her. She works extremely hard to get great results. She is always happy to answer questions and does that clearly and in a timely fashion. Our warmest thanks go to her.

We had a very positive experience with Janet when selling my late father’s house. She was professional, compassionate, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Her updates were timely, she explained each step well, and nothing ever felt rushed or unclear. Janet knew the local market well and we were very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable real estate agent in the Bellarine area.

Rachel was the agent we dealt with when purchasing our new home and she has been fantastic the whole way through. Our purchase wasn’t straight forward but Rachel kept communication lines open and made the experience as smooth as it could possibly be. She has been very professional, friendly and has gone above & beyond for us. A big thank you to Rachel & the vendors. We can’t wait to be in our new family home.
