Rachel gave us time to explore. She helped us find a building inspector and facilitated the repair of problems found by the inspection. After paying the deposit she allowed us access to the house so that we could consider what changes we needed to make to the kitchen and will in future again allow access to get quotes from trades people.

Selling a home can be stressful, but he made the entire process smooth and straightforward. Thanks to his expert knowledge and dedication, my property was sold in just one week! His communication was excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I truly felt supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for an agent who genuinely cares, knows their stuff, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently—look no further. I’m so grateful for everything Brett did and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

Rachel handled the sale of my property while the market was quite cool. I found Rachel to be honest and reliable. Rachel had a good understanding of the market. She was frank with me and truthful with potential buyers. She did not overpromise, which I have experienced with other agents. I think that Rachel always acted in accordance with what she said she would do. This is a quality I personally value and leads me to describe her as reliable.
