We were very pleased with the work that Rachel put in with the appraisal and then to guide us through the sale. The suggestions to improve the likely hood of sale including paint,timber around eves,new spout,inside skirting and a hole lot more. A major component was the styling that changed the house completely. To have a sale in 4 days was extremely pleasing. We had marvellous help from Sue with the forms, phones etc, plus thanks to Caroline for her part in the sale. A good team.
