It was a pleasure working with Caroline. She was punctual, efficient and knowledgeable. All procedures flowed very quickly. There was obviously an experienced strategy in the way she ran the openings and followed up on any leads. We intend to recommend Caroline and Buxton's to people we know that are considering selling.

Janet worked tirelessly under tough selling conditions to reach the sale of our home. Her communication is excellent, providing phone updates immediately after each open home and weekly vendor reports. Her local knowledge of the 3222 market sets her above the rest, along with her friendly and genuine demeanor. We also purchased our current home through Janet, proving she could represent our interests as both purchasers and vendors. Her experience and knowledge in the industry meant she prioritised ensuring each phase of the sale progressed in a timely manner, always with our best interests in mind. We have no hesitation in recommending Janet as a preferred agent.

We couldn't recommend Janet highly enough! Professional in every way. Janet went above and beyond to sell our home and sold it within 6 weeks! We had it with another agent for 10 months! Don't waste your time with other agents. Janet is the agent you need!

Janet, our experience was seamless and we cannot thank you enough for your expertise. Janet created such a wonderful experience from the start and really cherished all the hard work we had put into our 1980s renovated beachside abode on the Bellarine. Janet kept us up to date, regular check ins, prompt communication and kept our spirits high. Janet delivered and such a quick turn around!! Janet is so relatable and had a laugh along the way during, what can be a daunting experience of selling a property. Photographer was amazing also. Very organised and got the deal done within less than 6 weeks on the market. We are excited for our next chapter. Thank you!

As first home buyers, we were the blind leading the blind. Rachel was extremely efficient and clear with everything. It was clear to us she took great care in representing both us and the vendors which we admired. It was a seamless process in the end, and we are very appreciative. Rachel is not only good at her job, but a very lovely person.
