Professional, responsive and a strong result

I’ve had a really positive experience with the team at Buxton Bentleigh managing and leasing my property in McKinnon over the last 4 years. The recent leasing process was handled professionally from start to finish. Communication was consistent and transparent, I was kept updated after inspections, and I appreciated receiving honest feedback and advice rather than feeling pressured into making a quick decision. The team were responsive when a few things needed attention around the changeover between tenants, and overall I felt they genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for both the property and the incoming renters. Property management and leasing inevitably comes with the occasional issue to work through, but what matters to me is having an agent who communicates well, is practical and gets things resolved. That’s been my experience with Buxton Bentleigh. Very happy with the result and would happily recommend the team.

Well done job of finding a renter

A critical task of a property management section of a real estate agent is to find a high quality new renter ( I think renter is the new term for tenant?) when the previous renter departs. Buxton found what looks to be a very suitable and well matched ( to the property) renter in a very timely manner. There will only be a short period when the property will be vacant. The new agreement matched the desitred duration and the asking rent. Communication to me as owner was timely and accurate. Basically very happy on this occasion.
