Jaryd began his career in client service at the Melbourne Cricket Club, developing the communication and people skills that now underpin his success in real estate. You start with a question...what real estate company knows the market where the property is located? Do they have a proven track record of success and are approachable to your requirements. In dealing with Sky and rental team at Buxton Bentleigh these expectations were fulfilled. Experience, follow-up and communication from the initial contact continued until the tenancy agreement was completed. Buxton Bentleigh handled the requirements of the rental process to cover both the landlord and the prospective tenant in a proper and timely manner. In the everchanging Melbourne property and rental market Buxton Bentleigh continues to perform to their expectations.

Great customer service

I have been with Buxtons bentleigh since 2011 when they handled the sale of my parents property which went smoothly and the sale wrapped up quickly. Since then I acquired my rental property and naturally reached out to them to handle that as well. They have always been able to secure suitable tenants in a very timely way, respond to tenant enquiries and attend to any issues promptly. I’ve no hesitation in recommending them to tenants, landlords or buyers
