I have had the pleasure of having my property managed by Siobhan, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her service. She is always prompt in responding to both my requests and those from my tenant. One thing I truly appreciate is that Siobhan proactively reached out to inform me that the rent on my property was below market value compared to similar properties in the area. Thanks to her suggestion, my weekly rent increased by over 20%. Additionally, when I needed access to the property, Siobhan personally collected the keys from a tradesperson and ensured they were available for me to pick up from the Buxton office. I am extremely satisfied with the service I’ve received from Siobhan and Buxton, and I would highly recommend them to others.

One of our properties is managed by Siobhan Sellars, Buxton Bentleigh and we are very happy with the service. She patiently attends to all issues, big & small, and at the same time balances between the renters' right/requests and the rent providers' position. Our property is promptly inspected, any issues requiring attention are highlighted. The rent is punctually collected & deposited to our account the next day.
