From the start, when Angelo first inspected my property, I felt at ease. He showed extensive knowledge of sales in the area and I felt confident in the private sale strategy he proposed. In our first discussion Angelo gave suggestions for presenting the property and recommended a single asking price I still can’t believe that the time from that first discussion till the signing of the contract was less than 2 weeks. Another impressive sale by Angelo off the plan. He has now sold over 15 properties for me and continues to excel and amaze me. 2 months into construction he was able to sell it for a most impressive sale price especially given it was during COVID.
