Highly reccommended
In recent months we have bought and sold property in the Bentleigh area. We sold our house with Buxtons, Bentleigh and were assisted by Todd. In looking to buy we dealt with numerous agents in the area, including Todd, who was a standout. We have found him a pleasure to deal with- reliable, approachacble and pleasant.

Exceptional service
Angelo has sold over 30 properties with exceptional results. I’ve said it before and will say it again the way he operates is second to none. Always answers calls and return calls within same day unlike some agents who don’t respond for 2 to 3 weeks. If you want to achieve a great result in selling your property I would highly recommend Angelo Nikitas.

Fast and Stress Free
Another wonderful experience selling with Angelo Nikitas! The property was listed on the internet late on Wednesday evening, this was during Stage 3 COVID-19 restrictions and I was very anxious about the sale dragging on and the impact this would have on the ultimate price. Angelo worked hard from day one creating interest and urgency, he communicated clearly and regularly. On Monday afternoon Angelo presented me with the first offer and after further negotiation, by early Monday evening the property was sold, achieving a price above the range he initially quoted. I was delighted but not surprised that Angelo was able to wrap up the sale within 5 days as Angelo has previously sold two of my other properties within two week's of listing. My experience selling with Angelo has always been positive and professional, I trust him and know he is looking after my best interests and this backed up with his relentless drive, work ethic and brilliant communication makes what can be a daunting experience, a stress free journey, thank you again Angelo.

In safe hands
We were thrilled with the way that Craig saw and promoted the best features of our home. His knowledge of the local market and the appeal of our property instilled confidence in us that was proven after the property was only on the market for five days. Buxton's videographer and Craig's talking points produced a fantastic video that really showed our home in a great light. Literally! We are very grateful to Craig and Kylie for steering us through the process in such uncertain times. We couldn't have been happier with the result.

We felt Todd was very professional, personable and caring.
The sale of our home of 48years was something which we had been dreading and we were initially very emotional, however from the first meeting Todd put us at ease. At all times Todd kept us informed and his professional knowledge made us feel confident that we would sell; which we did and for an excellent result. Throughout the whole process he kept us up to date with what was happening.
