We first met Steven as a buyer 3 years ago and he impressed us then with his polite manner. After looking at a couple of local agents, and speaking to some of them, Wen Yu definitely stood out from the crowd as he was honest and showed real passion and enthusiasm when he spoke. Although I knew my expectations were very high, Wen Yu never crushed them, but only matched it with his own. And needless to say, he duly delievered and more! He achieved something that hasn't been done before, which was to sell my house for the highest price in the Suburb! Now that was impressive, how many people can say that their house is the most expensive in their suburb? Hats off to Wen Yu and his team! My husband and I just sold our house on the weekend. Calvin was our lead agent and we found him to be an honest, articulate and an intelligent person.
