We had been dealing with Wen for around 18 months before we decided to sell. During this time he would check in with us, without being pushy. Once we decided to sell, the process started straight away, photos were arranged within the week and the property was on the market. The campaign went smoothly, we above average viewings and every Monday Wen would email us a report, summarising the open for inspections and feedback. We were kept updated throughout and on the day of sale, everything went smoothly and were really happy with the outcome, which was above what we were expecting.

Calvin and his team were terrific from the start to finish. We received regular updates on the progress of the campaign. I felt confident in the advice and support that was given to us throughout the campaign and in particular, just prior to and on the day of the auction. The day of the auction was an anxious time for us but the team was so professional and confident that our anxiety was somewhat eased.
