Born into a respected Real Estate family with ties to Vendor Advocacy and Property Styling, she has always had an astute interest in every aspect of the industry. After completing an Arts Degree at Melbourne University, she transferred to Law before landing a dream job in Marketing & Communication at Channel 7. This invaluable experience, combined with further opportunities in Advertising, Account Management and Real Estate Sales, gives Tara a skill set tailor made for her role as Property Manager at Buxton Brighton. When experience is key, Kim can be relied on as a senior Property Management specialist with years of consulting expertise at leading agencies around Melbourne. Joining the team at Buxton Brighton she brings energy and passion to her role with an infectious smile, exemplary work ethic and friendly manner. Kim’s interest in property began during her own journey of investing, renovating and selling homes, with a keen interest in period architecture and interior design she knows the importance of managing assets. Taking the stress out of the rental process Kim invests in her landlords with regular phone contact and relationship building, providing a highly personalised brand of client service. A mother of 4 young children Kim is highly organised, a multi-tasker who keeps her cool even in the most difficult situations. About Amelie

An integral part of the close knit Buxton family, Amelie’s sunny disposition and friendly nature combined with her depth of experience in rental management and administration guarantee you are in excellent hands. With a can do attitude and common sense approach, no job is too big or too small for Amelie to handle with ease and professionalism. She instils confidence and positivity in everyone she works with, supporting the property management team in all Buxton offices across the group for almost 20 years. At Buxton Brighton for 10 years she has forged close relationships with local property owners, tenants and maintenance contractors alike. Amelie is proactive and efficient with an extensive network she can call upon to assist with the varied and changing needs that arise in her role. She loves working with people just as much as she relishes the opportunity to work alongside her husband Halli, another long term Buxton team member and Director of the Brighton office. A university qualified Secondary School Teacher, who ran her own Furniture Removals business she has unique insight into managing a busy property portfolio. Having started her career at Buxton Brighton she has come full circle returning with a wealth of experience gained after many years working in premium coastal and interstate markets. Settling back into Bayside with her young family, Sara has worked on award winning campaigns featured in property editorials and advertising. As an interior design consultant she has a flair for selecting finishes and dressing homes for presentation. This skill set is invaluable when preparing a property for leasing, particularly for executive tenancies. Ksenia is extremely helpful and responsive, as well as being very friendly in her dealing with me.
