John Clarkson was exceptionally good throughout!
John was exceptionally good throughout. He gave us realistic expectations of the likely selling price, borne out by our own observations during the campaign, yet managed to achieve considerably higher. The quality of the copy, photographs and video was also extremely high, making our property stand out from the crowd. His communication was clear and consistent, always keeping us up to date. He was particularly impressive during the auction, managing an unruly bidder with grace and humour.

If I could give Michelle from Buxton"s more than 5 stars I would. Our property was rented with them for a long time before we decided to sell it. We had a fair bit of work to do to it before putting it up for sale. Her efforts in helping us coordinate trades people to complete the works was second to none. Then during the sales process her communication regarding inspections times etc was great. The sales result was excellent all thanks for her and Halli Moore's efforts.

You need an agent like Owen on your side...
After making the difficult decision to move real estate agents due to challenges around selling, Owen made that decision very much worthwhile. He presented a sound strategy founded in evidence, was conscious of costs (give we had already paid huge marketing costs with other agent) and genuinely presented as just as engaged in the sale as we were.
