Very pleased to have listed my apartment with Tamara Penno
This is the second time I have listed a Brighton property with Tamara Penno. The first time was a house which she sold on auction day. Recently she sold my apartment before auction with Leanne Potter assisting her. Tamara and Leanne made a great team and I am grateful to both of them. I have been very pleased with all of the work that Tamara has done and happy with the prices obtained on both properties. With my recent apartment sale, she organised and co-ordinated the various stages of the campaign including organising relevant people to swiftly help me to prepare my apartment for auction. This was invaluable and saved me from the considerable time and burden I would have experienced had I done this work on my own. She was in regular communication with me throughout this time and all through the sales campaign which I needed and greatly appreciated. Across both property sales, I always found Tamara to be a great communicator, very reliable, professional and knowledgeable, with a great sense of style and warmth, all of which inspired my confidence in her. This, along with all of Tamara’s help and guidance, has made my selling experience much easier. Therefore, I thoroughly recommend Tamara Penno as a listing agent to anyone looking to sell property.

Above and Beyond, A Superb Realtor
Greg is a superb realtor - not only does he know the market but goes the extra mile ! He helped with literally everything from going to the bank to buying flowers. Available until late at night 7 days a week ! Flexible, compassionate, helpful at all times. I couldn’t imagine anyone else who would have done the same. He obtained a great price.
