From the very first meeting, David gave me confidence in both his and Buxton's ability to sell my family home of 33 years. David has vast knowledge of Brighton and all surrounding suburbs. David knew immediately the type of buyer for whom would be best suited to my house and, as it turned out, corrected predicted which suburb the buyer would come from. Importantly, David was highly ethical in his approach. There was no overselling or trying to make me believe the house was worth more or inflate expectations. David's view was completely grounded- a very responsible approach. Buxton's method was based on an actual sales data. I really appreciated the analysis and thoughtful advice combined with a very pleasant approach - which underpinned an extremely persistent determined manner. A better than expected sale price was achieved (!) and it was done in a very methodical way. I deeply thank David for all his efforts toward the sale of my property.

I have nothing but good things to say about Tamara. Quite apart from being lovely and friendly - Tamara is fiercely determined to do all that she can to help produce the best sales outcome. We were all put to the test under Victoria's 6th lock down and for me an my family, the passing of my father made it that much worse. Our family home needed to put on the market. Tamara understood the circumstances well and helped me to understand what was involved. She carefully and maticulaously follow-up every prospective buyer and kept me informed every step of the way. I quickly learned to trust her judgement because I knew it was based on actual data. This, combined with Tamara's many years of local Brighton knowledge, led to great sale and there was no adjustment to sales timeline- even with the COVID impact! I thank Tamara very much for all that she did and would be happy to recommend her services to any resident in Brighton.
