We had bought our home, at auction, through Cayzer Real Estate. Fifteen years later, we decided to sell our home and after interviewing a number of agents chose Geoff Cayzer to manage the sale of our property. Our choice was based on Geoff's vast local knowledge of bayside suburbs, his willingness to clearly discuss the process of auction and give us advice to prepare the house for sale. We felt we were in 'safe hands' with an agent that could be trusted. While other agents quoted very expensive marketing strategies, Geoff provided us with what he felt was essential and that this could be reviewed/updated if required. We received constant feedback after each open for inspection and any concern we had, no matter how small, was addressed immediately. The service we received from Geoff and his team was very personal and the auction day ran very smoothly. I would certainly recommend Geoff Cayzer to anyone thinking of selling their property.

We first met Geoff Cayzer when we were looking for a home in the Albert Park / Middle Park area in 1991. We subsequently bought our house from Geoff at auction in November 1991. At that time we were very happy with the way that Geoff and the team at his firm handled the process. In 1997 we moved out of Melbourne and asked Cayzer Real Estate to handle the management of our property for rental purposes. For almost 20 years the firm has managed the property excellently. Over recent years we have discussed the selling of the property with Geoff. He has always made the time to discuss the timing and options for a sale and has worked with us to find the optimum time to sell. As we have managed the sale process from overseas it has been important to us that the process was managed well locally. Geoff and the team have done an outstanding job and helped us at all times during the process. The support in staging the house and the subsequent advertising process worked very well and we were pleased to exceed our reserve price on the day of the auction. We would always strongly recommend Cayzer Real Estate to anyone looking for an agent in this area.
