I was very happy I chose Geoff Cayzer and Cayzer Real Estate to sell my home. I know Geoff is well-respected both in the community and as a local real estate agent and Auctioneer. He has had many,many years in the industry too, therefore obviously having much experience and great knowledge of real estate in my area and Melbourne generally. It therefore followed I would have great respect for his knowledge, advice and guidance related to the sale of my home. However, it did also depend on our commission and marketing negotiations - which went well. I appreciated his quiet respectful manner and knowing both he and Simon were working quietly in the background with prospective buyers was very reassuring. I did appreciate the fact they gave me space and only contacted me when absolutely necessary. It was due to the respect Geoff has, and his quiet perseverence with this family -plus his auctioneering skills, that I got an amazing sale. The auction procedure for the 4 weeks went very smoothly - thankyou Geoff and Simon you made the whole experience as enjoyable as is possible with such a stress-head as myself :)
