excellent proffessional service geoff is the man in the area dont use him at your peril i chose geoff having bought and sold in 1990 with him and had a cost free valuation of a near by property and a tour or the area for suitable properties when my family expandedin the 2000 geoff suggested that we negotiate with people next door and bought that no gain to geoff my brother not a local interviewed 6 local agents and finally agreed geoff was the best to sell our family home geoff was the agent my parents had bought the property38 yrs ago that geoff recently sold i intend to use geoff to buy into real estate in the near future

I knew that Geoff Cayzer was a respected local business man who had a long history of local knowledge and was a tireless contributor to the local community. I asked for a submission on the marketing plan from 3 agents. Cayzer’s detailed Marketing Plan, recommended Method of Sale, property estimate and fee structure, outline of the current market condition and proposed timeline were beyond my expectation in their clarity and competitiveness. Cayzer’s recommended professionals like Conveyancers and stylists, were a dream to work with. I was very pleased with my Auction result.
