He has known who I was and has always responded courteously and promptly to any questions that I have had and has been easy to deal with. I have used Cayzer as the rental agents, prior to selling the property, and they too have been very effective and I was very pleased with this service. Together both sides of Cayzer worked effortlessly on my part for both renting and the sale. Michael was a clear and effective auctioneer and was happy with this option as well as the follow up negotiation. Michael is well respected in the South Melbourne area, with varied locals knowing him through community participation, and has been operating there for a long time. It is important that sellers/buyers must be informed and set their own reserves so that everyone is happy with the sale. Wooohoooo....55 days to settlement.

Michael and Cayzer team recently looked after the sale of our family home. We originally purchased the property from Cayzer many years ago and received a Christmas card ever since (how many agents do you know do that?!). When it came to selling the property, they were the first agent to come to mind. We did assess others early on but from there it was clear that they were the local experts. Michael is an incredible auctioneer and extremely knowledgable of the local market. On top of that he is personable and warm - not just for us as vendors but in terms of his wide appeal to prospective buyers (a key factor for us). Selling the family home wasn’t easy for my parents and he made the whole process smooth and enjoyable for them which is incredibly appreciated. It is little things that matter most in these situations and Michael was empathetic to them. Jordan is a likeable and transparent fellow and our dealings with him from a purchaser's perspective was pleasant. He was highly accommodating with his time and when impossible, made the necessary plans to allow us access to the property for inspections. There was a bit of a bumpy ride through the negotiation process which we feel could have been managed better however his values as a person will allow him to develop and grow into a highly effective 'agent for the people'.
