There are many quite capable real estate agents all trying to gain a foothold in the Melbourne bayside area, but Cayzer is the most established and respected. And this is due entirely to key people, especially Michael Szulc. Michael is successful as he is one of the most down to earth people I have come across, but also very good at what he does. In selling our family home he was very efficient, communicated on time, achieved well above average results in the advertising campaign and most importantly achieved a sales result above our expectations. And this was with a shortened campaign time period due the Albert Park Grand Prix. We were delighted with his and his team's service and would highly recommend Michael to buyers and sellers.

I found Michael approachable, knowledgable, honest and upfront. Communication was very good and he kept me informed after each open for inspections. After much research and interviews with 3-4 real estate agents, I decided on the local agent, and achieved a very good result. His commission rate was reasonable- mid range. I felt he negotiated well with the buyer and my family told me he has a very good auction style.
