•This is the 2nd property we have sold with Daniel Wright and once again the campaign couldn’t have gone any better. From his great advice on how to present the property, to organising quotes for cleaning and gardening and painting and then selecting the right type of marketing for the property to attract out of area buyers. With his wealth of experience Daniel just reads the play so well. The whole process was completely stress free, great communication and no pressure what so ever. The team including Michelle and Shane and other people supporting him also did a great job which in the end meant an even better service. On the day it played out perfectly and Daniel was pretty much spot on with what he thought would happen on Auction Day. We had a great competitive auction and we sold well above our expectation. We highly recommend Daniel to any of our friends or family looking to sell in the area.
