My wife Nikki and I used Tony Moorfoot again for the second time in 18 months after he sold my Mum's property in a month exceeding our expectations on the sold price. Tony has just sold our heritage property in what appears to be a tightening market. The house built in 1855 was the type of house - full of period features - that required a considered valuation and certain type of buyer. Tony and his team at Buxton's came up with an appropriate valuation given all the unusual aspects of the property and found that "special" buyer for us. That's why you still need the professional and specialist advice an accomplished agent can provide. Tony is well worth the commission. The sold price was what we wanted and we are extremely happy. Really, really appreciate the way Tony Moorfoot goes about looking after his clients.

Tony and everyone at Buxton's were great. Tony was very helpful in arranging tradesmen for various repairs before the sale and organised the auction most efficiently. There were plenty of inspection times and I was told after each one the feelings for the place. Would definitely recommend!

I recently purchased an investment property in Point Lonsdale, the selling agent was Rob Nelis from Buxton Real Estate. I had been searching for my first investment property for several months, dealing with several agents in the region, I had placed several offers on multiple units with no avail. I came across a new property in the guide one Saturday morning and decided to pop down to the Peninsula for a little look. Greeted by Rob at the front door, I knew this was the property for my investment, the house was staged very well and had a great ‘feel’ to it. I decided to put an offer there and then, and Rob said that he would speak to the Vendor and get back to me. As promised, Rob got back to me within the hour and we came to an agreement shortly after that. The wait was on for settlement day, and once it finally arrived there was constant communication thought the day until I picked up the keys in the afternoon, where I was presented with a wonderful token of appreciation. The level of professionalism and care demonstrated by Rob was second to none, I would highly recommend Rob and Buxton to anyone searching for a real estate in which to sell or buy.
