Rob provided excellent advice and service from the first contact right through to handover day and beyond. Being a first time seller I had little knowledge of the best way to sell my property, Rob explained the options and was very clear in which one of those options he thought would achieve the best result. The marketing campaign was over a short period of time with the property open at weekends as well as mid week giving the best possible exposure, nothing seemed to be too much trouble to him. Auction day provided the proof, I was more than happy with the result. The experience didn't end there with Rob making sure everything went smoothly for both the buyer and myself at hand over. I was more than pleased with the effort and advise of Rob Nelis and the Buxton East Geelong Branch throughout the whole sale process and would definitely entrust Rob with the sale of any other property I have in the future.
