After having our property listed with another agent for two mo this we changed to Bruce from Buxtons. We had been to many of his opens and auctions in the past. We preferred a private sale method. We had a short time to sell 69 days as we had purchased elsewhere. Within two weeks Bruce had three offers and one from a lovely Sydney couple was within our expected range. We accepted this unconditional offer knowing that Bruce had an achieved a fair market price for our fully renovated property. Settlement was also within the timeframe we required. Marketing (including using Bruce’s preferred stagers and photographer) was exceptional as was client feedback compared to our previous agent. There were many times more inspections as well. Would we use Bruce again or recommend him. YES 100%

Jackie and the team have been fantastic to work with in the selling of our home. Initially we were unsure if an auction was the best way to get a great price, given we were selling at land value only which limited the types of buyers we were able to attract. But Jackie reassured us throughout the marketing campaign that there were interested buyers looking to put in offers. She regularly kept us updated with the progress and was always available to chat about anything. The outcome of the auction was as expected with the home being sold over the reserve price.
