While the first time was in Wheelers Hill where Bruce was based, this time being in Surrey Hills ,a very different suburb, Bruce proved himself to be capable of working a miracle in any areas. Within less than four weeks of listing, they made great effort to have 14 open inspections, as many as 5 opening in one week!
