From helping us think through the process in the midst of lockdown, offering some thoughts on possible options to improve the house resale value, and then coordinating for the marketing, auction and tidying up lose ends have been great. We felt well informed and realistic expectations right through the process. It was wonderful when our house sold following spirited bidding at auction to meet the buyers and have a sense that everyone was very happy (dare we say thrilled) with the outcome.
