We could of not asked more of Dave during our sales campaign. Not only was he professional, and a great communicator but such a good peoples person. He understood how nerve racking the process can be for both vendors and purchases and was able to put our minds at ease. We had great confidence in him and had a quick and successful result. Tony was fantastic to work with right from the get go. An honest, straight shooting agent, Tony has great knowledge of the suburb and gave me great tips on what I could do to maximize the value of my home. Not only was he quick to react to short notice and answering difficult questions, but he managed to sell my house in under 5 days and achieved well above the asking price. I could not recommend Tony and the team at Buxton Highton highly enough. 5 stars isn't enough.

Tony is very knowledgeable and he understands the market very well. He was able to give us specific examples of comparable sales in the area (without browsing the web) at our first meeting. Not only he was willing to listen and trying his best to work with us, he has also given us a lot of useful feedback, advices and support during the whole selling process. He has made the stressful selling process very easy. Tony is also very easy to work with and he is very passionate about his job. He gave us regular updates on our property during the campaign and never failed to impressed us with his professionalism. We are very happy with the service and the results of the sales of our property in Grovedale. We highly recommend Tony and his team if you want a stress-free selling process.
