From the initial evaluation Dave instilled confidence that we would have no problem selling our property. There was no pressure to rush and put the property on the market. Dave was understanding that we were reluctant to sell first in fear of not being able to buy back into this booming market. He even looked out for properties of interest for us . The initial evaluation price was adjusted according to market prior to going on sale and then again during the open period as judged by the amount of interest that was shown. Changing from private sale to auction made us nervous however Dave assured us that this was the best course of action and ultimately paid off.
