Genuinely cares about his clients and achieved a great result!

We weren’t sure if now was the right time to sell as the market didnt seem like it was great and we had renters in the property, so Matthew recommended to try the off market process first. He showed a few potential buyers through the property and within the same week we had sold well above what we were expecting! Matthew showed genuine care for us, he was always available and kept us updated daily and we felt in such safe hands the whole time. Extremely professional, helpful and efficient

Matt and team were very helpful and efficient at getting us a good result in a tough market. They were able to turn around photos & marketing campaign within a few weeks. Matt was extremely professional with detailed updates after each inspection and keeping us well informed during the selling journey. Their market knowledge of the inner west was also beneficial in understanding the right buyers for the property. We would recommend Matt and the Buxton team.

Consummate professional

This is the 2nd time I have used Matthew to sell a property - first to sell my home in Yarraville in Dec 2024, and now in March 2026 to sell my elderly parents’ home in Seddon. Both sales went well above the reserve. Selling a house is stressful, yet Matthew and his team at Buxton manage everything and make this emotional time easier. I cannot speak highly enough of Matthew - he is a consummate professional, warm and easy to communicate with, and has outstanding local property market knowledge.
