Matthew was attentive to detail, always professional and did what he said in a timely manner. In a difficult selling climate he kept us informed, was straight talking and facilitated much interest in our property. He and his team achieved a timely and great outcome.

Matt has helped us last year with 1 of our investment property sales. My family was so impressed with the great result so we listed all other 3 properties with Matt in 2024. The market was pretty flat and not much interest in them but Matt, Peter and Jess have worked so tirelessly to capture every potential buyer's interest in all the listings. And the team delivered! Sold all 3 properties and settled all before Christmas! Thank you all very much! Highly recommended if you want sale results!

Matthew was evidently personable, highly knowledgeable about Yarraville in the context of market trends and reliably placed our property accordingly. The campaign was efficiently run and we were blown away by the level of communication throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend Matthew highly enough! Anthony

Mathew is great to work with . Very knowledgeable with the market and any upcoming market trends . Communicates well and very reliable. We have used his agency a couple of times to sell properties with good results. The last one was even sold before advertising through his contacts with buyers advocates and in less than 3 weeks, saving us costs as well as stress . Couldn’t be happier. Recommend him highly

Matt was faultless in his approach to selling our clients property. His industry know how, buyer feedback and actual sale of the property was smooth sailing from start to end.

Matthew and the team at Buxton Inner West were absolutely amazing and brilliant with the recent sale of our family home. Matthew found the ideal new owners for the home and achieved the perfect deal for all involved. Communication from Matthew was regular, honest and to the point-as we requested. I would happily recommend Matthew and the team at Buxton Inner West to friends and family for the sale of property in the western suburbs of Melbourne.
