Would highly recommend
My experience with Peter was extremely positive from first engagement to signing the contract of sale. It was really a matter of reviewing and approving with him managing all the work in between. Peter was also extremely attentive and would follow up any queries promptly. When it came to keeping me updated Peter would leave voice mails that I could listen to in my own time. Fantastic Communicator
Thorough understanding of the market and appetite for private sale vs auction. Very responsive, got everything to us in a timely manner and fantastic communicator including feedback from open for inspections. Very strategic in negotiations with interested parties and achieved a great result for us. I can think of real estate agents as smarmy but Matthew wasn’t. He was straightforward and authentic.

We couldn’t have asked for a more positive selling journey
We couldn’t have asked for a more positive selling journey. It’s always a nerve wracking and emotional journey selling a family home. The main thing that made the journey positive was that we felt listened to in terms of what was important to us, and Matt took it all on board, providing some great suggestions.
